I had a pleasant experience getting my oil changed. They confirmed what was to be done and quickly finished it.

I like they have loner cars available. Experience was good. Wasn’t to happy having to buy a part I didn’t need. I had one ordered for myself at a huge difference in price. They said it was a special order part that can’t be returned. I changed that part out when I got home with the part I ordered and it worked just as well as the $700 part I am stuck with now. Other than that, Pete the service writer was good to work with. Kept me informed with the progress which took longer then the both of us would of liked. Clean place and people were very nice. I will use them again for sure.

I was recommended by a local customer of Auto Safety Center for work diagnosing problems with my brakes. Joe was upfront and thorough in diagnosing and fixing my car. He continued to keep me up to date throughout the entire process until my car was picked up. Afterwards, I had a question days later, and he was more than happy to answer any questions and make sure that my car was well taken care of and I was satisfied with the service provided. I knew that my car and I would be well taken care of with Joe. I would recommend Auto Safety Center for anyone looking for a car care in the West Bend, WI, area and would happily return for any car care in the future.

They performed a wheel bearing replacement and alignment. Great price and were able to get me in quickly. They were very easy and polite to work with. They also offered me a courtesy ride back home during the repair.
