I was able to take in my vehicle the same day, which was a great experience for me. Also, during the inspection there were an additional problem found. This was addressed along with the original problem in a timely manner. Communication was excellent, along with the service provided. Will use them again.

Honestly, Auto Safety center is my favorite business to work with in West Bend. They treat me well, my car is always better than when I took it in, and I love to see how they've improved visit after visit.

Friendly staff and good finance options.

Everyone was helpful and so friendly. Came in for second opinion, showed me the issue and where water pump was leaking and recommended a serpentine belt, showed me where the threads were showing. Fast service could fix it the same day. Had a nice young lady take me home. Came back in 3 hours and all finished. Will use Auto Safety Center again.

Quick diagnostic of issue followed by quick repair. Car was complete when projected to be done. Labor was reasonable for repair.

Nobody loves having to get their car worked on, right?? Even if it's just routine maintenance, it's a pain in the butt and the pocketbook. But coming in here makes it less that way. Brittany is easy- going and cheerful and Michael is the best and is so fun to work with. PLUS, I trust my Audi Q7 with them! Thank you to you both, and to the entire team!

Very nice people with great service skills and pricing was lower than my previous service center. I will return for future needs.
