This team at Auto Safety Center is dedicated to "getting it right." After a situation where my car battery gave up the ghost, my Audi's electrical systems started acting funky: flashers going off, trunk opening, etc. They checked my car twice, cleared some codes, & babysat the Audi for 2 days waiting for it to act out (while providing me with a loaner). Whatever happened, the Audi is now behaving itself. ASC did not charge me for their service since I had the battery replaced there, plus a couple other routine jobs. Oh yeah, Michael even called me a couple days after all their work to check up on the car's behavior. Now, we'll see how they handle my wife's quirky Volvo when it time for maintenance

Excellent customer service and diagnosis!

They fit me in right away and were able to fix my car without a focus on replacing everything. They have the knowledge to know when something can be safely salvaged, like brake calipers, versus just outright replacing them with brand new parts like other competitors pushed for. Cost was well under what other places quoted, and everyone that works there was fantastic with customer service. My first repair there was well beyond expectations and I'll be back for any future needed repairs.
