I took my car in for multiple common things I needed taken care of, (oil change, winter wheel swap from summer wheels, emissions test); but also had a couple other concerns I asked them to look at since I had the appointment. Turned out both other concerns I had turned out to be nothing that needed servicing. They are always and have always been so honest with their work. I appreciate every person employed there, from the front of house to the back of house. You are all so great! Thank you!

Auto Safety Center saved me over $2000 after I had gone to Russ Darrow Toyota for an oil change. The dealership told me I needed brand new leaf springs, which I found suspicious. Turns out that wasn't the problem at all, my box has just rattled loose from the frame. Also, Auto a Safety Center caught an oil leak caused by the dealership because they couldn't even tighten the oil plug after they changed my oil. Auto Safety Center has my business for life. They even gave me a loaner vehicle while they looked over my truck so I could carry on with my everyday life. I now recommend them to everyone.

Reliable and honest car repair shop.

Went here for an inspection to find out what was causing a cylinder 2 misfire on a 2010 Tiguan. They did the usually swapping around plugs and a compression test. Found #2 intake valve to be leaking. Recommended an engine cleaning and oil system cleaning, however the oil change needs to be done as well which was left out. So the oil change that was quoted at $100.99 was done at $153. The extra charges were for the filter and a new drain plug w/gasket, which we do for free at Valvoline for anyone needing a new plug. Updated: I was made whole for the oil change that was left out of the initial quote, so plus one for actually making it right. I am also glad I did not have the spark plugs and ignition coil packs replaced here as they wanted $660, I paid $211 for parts and it took me 8 minutes, so not really sure what the hourly rate is there but $450 in labor for a job that takes maybe ten minutes is honestly just insane. I feel bad for anyone that doesn't realize how easy of a job some things are and how much they will be overcharged for it.
