My tire was leaking air and they checked...discovered a nail ! They repaired/ plugged the tire and I am so happy didn't need a new tire. Oil change was fine....like always. Kristin told me I could come in any time if air seems low on tires....they will fill them...no appointment needed.

From a woman's standpoint, finding a great auto repair shop can be difficult. I finally found a place I can trust! I LOVE the fact you have women in the garage! One major reason I decided to bring my vehicle to you in the 1st place :) Michael, thank you for making sure this experience was less stressful (with a few laughs). And for making sure my vehicle is on point.

Very nice and well manerd. They get the job done on time with smile. It only took one time visit for me to notice a big difference from other shops. This is the one that i keep going back to for alot of reasons. Thanks

I had a really bad experience. I came to get a tire replaced. I got a quote for replacing the tire for a brand new, however the associate told me that they were able to fix the current tire. He told me to review the tire for one day to make sure the air pressure was still the same…exactly after 26 hrs later, in the middle of the freeway, the air pressure just went out completely. I had to do a hard stop and pulled out to replace the tire. The tire was just done…. I think this was my first and last experience. I think there was a bad assessment of the situation…we could have avoided the incident just by replacing the tire for a new one that was already quoted and ordered…besides the safety risk, I got the charge of the tire repair and I had to pay for the new tire the next day anyway…

We've had many repairs at Auto Safety Center. We have successfully maintained our cars there. We've been maintaining our cars through Auto Safety Center for several years. We're still driving a 2008 Dodge Caliber with 160 K miles, thanks to such maintenance.

There was a time when I looked forward to going to my mechanic about as much as I looked forward to going to the dentist. It used to be just painful all around; from the “breaking of bad news” all the way to paying the invoice. Not So at Auto Safety Center!! Michael and the rest of the front office crew always welcome me with a smile, keep me informed of the situations with my vehicles, give me options that I can work with, and I TRUST what’s going on in the shop. If work is being done while I wait, I can use the free Wi-Fi to stay productive, or just engage in conversation like I’m part of the family. Is this a real review, uncompensated in any way??? Abso-freakin’-lutely!! Check ‘em out!
