This was my not my first time using their services. Staff was friendly, still explained everything in a way anyone could understand, and vehicle was done when promised. They are my go-to for vehicle service.

Great service. I limp in with a ruptured tire minutes before closing, and they take care of the situation. They offered to put the spare on or provide a loaner. Left the car there for service and picked up the car next work day.

Professional, communicative, responsive , accommodating. Replaced the power steering high-pressure line. Provided me with a free loaner vehicle.

They go out of their way to ensure you have the best experience possible. They made sure I had a rental car asap early in the morning, asked thorough questions about what the wrong with my car, and ensured that they would keep me posted throughout the day. Professional, friendly and hardworking.

Everyone here was extremely helpful and honest. I live 2 hours away and was trying to coordinate getting my daughter and her husband’s vehicle taken care of (my daughter lives in West Bend)). Not only did they communicate well over the phone but gave me an honest opinion and price. Jose’ is an angel and an expert at what he does. I will recommend this business to anyone.
