I was introduced to the technician doing the work (Joey). I utilized the shuttle service back to my home and picked up when the car was complete. Prices are competitive, but you can find cheaper. You decide the price of friendly, trustworthy, efficient and overall awesome experience. You made my return to the states an amazing experience. Thank you!

We brought our son's vehicle in for a second opinion. Although the expensive issue was confirmed, every interaction with the staff was pleasant. I felt that the issue and recommended repair was communicated promptly, clearly, and honestly. In the end, we've decided the value of the car is less than the cost of the repair and will not be pursuing it any further. However, our positve experience has moved ASC to the top of our list of go-to repair shops and will definitely recommend to others.

I took my car in for multiple common things I needed taken care of, (oil change, winter wheel swap from summer wheels, emissions test); but also had a couple other concerns I asked them to look at since I had the appointment. Turned out both other concerns I had turned out to be nothing that needed servicing. They are always and have always been so honest with their work. Auto Safety Center saved me over $2000 after I had gone to Russ Darrow Toyota for an oil change. The dealership told me I needed brand new leaf springs, which I found suspicious. Turns out that wasn't the problem at all, my box has just rattled loose from the frame. Also, Auto a Safety Center caught an oil leak caused by the dealership because they couldn't even tighten the oil plug after they changed my oil. Auto Safety Center has my business for life. They even gave me a loaner vehicle while they looked over my truck so I could carry on with my everyday life. I now recommend them to everyone.
