I brought in my vehicle for what I thought was a radiator leak and ended up being leaking refrigerant from a failing air conditioning compressor. While of course the unexpected repair was an unpleasant surprise, I was told I could bring my car in immediately and provided with a loaner vehicle, which was important because it was Labor Day weekend. In the end I was able to use a discount coupon and had the peace of mind of having a refreshed AC system for the remainder of summer and future ones!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, but most importantly honest about the work that was needed on my car. It was recommended by another unrelated service center that I needed my brakes replaced. I took it to the Cedarburg Auto Safety Center to have the work done. They inspected my brakes and clearly explained to me why the brake work wasn't actually required quite yet. I will be taking my car there for all future work, I really appreciated the transparency and honesty. I would highly recommend them!

My car was taken and completed exactly on the times requested. I was very impressed that Ryan researched the specifics on the fluid that Chrysler required for my car. I am also impressed that I was given a list of future service items that can be done. No pressure.

Car was towed from Hwy 41 off Holly Road Exit. Cracked radiator, hoses, coolant etc. Extensive engine damage. The replacement for a new engine was prompt. Concerned about labor. I am impressed with the diagnoses of the car itself. Spoke with the mechanic. Received a loaner. Will pick the car up today. All and all, Kevin was up-front with everything done with the vehicle!

The level of care was above anything I've ever found in a shop. I went for a simple tire switch out and they found my control arm was almost toast. I appreciate the attention to detail they gave my vehicle that 2 prior shops dropped the ball on.
